Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
1. Who we are
tronXlabs ("we", "us") runs this website, tronxlabs.com. For any question about this policy or your information, email us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
- When you send the contact form: your name, email address, company name (if you give one) and the project details you write.
- When you visit: like any website, our server receives your IP address and basic browser details so it can deliver pages. To stop repeated automated submissions, the contact form also keeps a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address with the time of each submission, for no longer than 24 hours.
- Spam check: before the form is sent, your browser solves a small puzzle from a verification service we run ourselves (Cap), and our server confirms the answer. That service sees your IP address like any web server does. It sets no cookies and nothing is shared with a CAPTCHA company.
We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and the site loads no fonts or scripts from other companies.
3. How we use it
We use your contact details and message only to reply to your inquiry and to talk with you about the project you asked about. We use technical data only to run the website and protect it from abuse.
We process this information because you asked us to contact you, and because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
4. Who else handles it
- Hetzner hosts the server this website runs on, in the European Union.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox. Resend is based in the United States, so your message may be processed there.
- Titan hosts our mailbox, [email protected].
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
These providers handle your information only to provide their service to us. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails only as long as we need them to reply to you and follow up on your project, and delete them when they're no longer needed. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Thailand that is the Personal Data Protection Committee.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
