We build the system. Then we run it.

Custom software for teams whose work doesn’t fit off-the-shelf tools — designed, built, deployed, and operated by us.

Based in Bangkok. Building for clients across Southeast Asia and Europe.

What we do

The software your operation runs on

We take a real operation — roasting coffee, running field crews, managing land records, supporting students — and build the system it runs on.

Coffee roasting

One Estate Coffee operations platform

One Estate Coffee was running intake, roasting, cupping, and buyer allocations across spreadsheets and disconnected tools. We built one platform for the whole lifecycle — now in daily use, on infrastructure we manage.

  • Intake
  • Roasting
  • Allocations

Specialty e-commerce

OneEstate Coffee drop-based storefront

A roastery selling rare micro-lots can't use generic e-commerce. OneEstate needed a storefront that mirrors live roasting status — showing customers exactly where their coffee is in the journey (requests → roasting → dispatch → sold out), with one admin panel controlling what the entire site shows, powered by real inventory and roasting data. Built on React + Supabase, now self-hosted on the owner's own infrastructure.

  • Drop lifecycle
  • Stripe checkout
  • Realtime sync

Higher education

Student wellbeing chatbot

A university wanted students to have somewhere to turn between counselling appointments. We built a private, always-available chatbot for mood check-ins, coping strategies, and signposting to campus support.

  • Check-ins
  • Coping tools
  • Signposting

Field operations

Location-verified field attendance

A company running field crews across Thailand and Laos had outgrown attendance in spreadsheets. We built a location-verified attendance app that works offline and gives managers a live view.

  • Offline-first
  • GPS verified
  • Live view

International development

Land-record transparency prototype

An international development agency wanted to test a simpler way for citizens to check land records in Laos. We built a mobile-first, offline-first prototype usable on low-end phones with little or no signal.

  • Mobile-first
  • Offline records
  • Low-end phones

Communications

Content monitoring dashboard

A communications agency had no view of where their published work spread or who used it without credit. We built an internal dashboard that tracks republication, brand mentions, and competitor coverage in one place.

  • Republication
  • Brand mentions
  • Competitors

Designed, built, deployed, and operated by us.

One team from the first call to production and everything after — from Bangkok, for clients across Southeast Asia and Europe.

How we work

Four things that hold across every project

Design, build, deploy, then stay on to operate and harden. One Estate Coffee's platform has had multiple rounds of performance and security work since launch.

End to end

Built for operations, not demos

We work with teams whose day-to-day runs on software that has to hold up in the real world — in a warehouse, on a field site, across a campus, inside a newsroom.

Producers & operators

Coffee roasting, production

Intake, roasting, cupping, buyer allocations — the full operating lifecycle on one platform, in daily use on infrastructure we manage.

Field & distributed teams

Field ops, land administration

Offline-first apps with location verification and a live view for managers, built to run on low-end phones with little or no signal.

Institutions & agencies

Universities, communications

Private tools for the work around the work — student wellbeing check-ins, and tracking where published work spreads and who reuses it.

We don’t hand it over and walk away

Design, build, deploy — then stay on to operate, monitor, and harden it. Self-hosted on infrastructure we run, so your data stays yours and cost doesn’t scale per seat.
