What We Run
We didn't just build this — we run our business on it. One Estate Coffee is our own roastery, and this is the system behind it: inventory, roasting logs, allocations, and sales, all in one place, every day.

One system for the whole coffee lifecycle — intake, roasting, cupping, and buyer allocations. Built by tronXlabs and run daily by our own roastery, on infrastructure we manage.
Specialty e-commerce

A live, drop-based storefront that mirrors real-time roasting status, so customers see exactly where their coffee is in the journey (requests → roasting → dispatch → sold out). One admin panel controls what the whole site shows, powered by real inventory and roasting data. Stripe checkout. Built on React + Supabase and self-hosted on infrastructure we manage.
