This policy explains what personal information tronXlabs collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. tronXlabs designs, builds, and operates custom operational software and is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

What we collect

The only information we collect through this site is what you submit in the contact form: your email address, and optionally your name and a message. When you submit the form we also record a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string.

How we use it

We use your submission to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. The hashed IP address and user-agent are used only to limit spam and prevent abuse of the form. We do not sell or rent this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database on infrastructure we operate ourselves. Outgoing email — your confirmation and our internal notification — is sent through Resend, our email provider, which processes your email address and message while the message is in transit. This site uses no analytics, tracking, or third-party advertising services.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us at hello@tronxlabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for tracking or analytics.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
